Patrick Fulcher

As a member of RADCO Residential’s senior leadership team, Patrick oversees Human Resources, Learning & Development, Marketing, Information Systems, Information Technology, Revenue Recovery, Property Transitions, Ancillary Services, and Revenue Management. Patrick has been featured as a contributor to UNITS magazine and a panelist with the National Multihousing Council’s HR Forum and the MultiHousing World conference. He is also a frequent guest instructor at the University of Georgia and Georgia Tech for their Property Management programs in association with the Georgia Apartment Industry Education Foundation (GAIEF). Patrick is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Patrick began his career with Target Stores more than 20 years ago and has served in a variety of senior human resources positions.  Prior to joining RADCO, he served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Pinnacle based in Dallas, Texas, where he was responsible for developing and implementing Human Resources services for more than 4,000 employees throughout the United States.
