Maurice Williams

Maurice brings nearly 20 years of multifamily experience from the Property Management and the Supplier side of the industry. He has been responsible for Communities from established assets to successful Lease Ups. In NJ and Florida. Maurice is very active in the Apartment Association of Great Orlando and served as the Vice Chair and Chair for the Young Professionals Committee in 2018 & 2019, Maurice was added to the Board Of Directors Association in 2020& 2021. He is also a member of the Membership Committee. Maurice has been awarded AAGO's 2017 Golden Key Awards Rookie Supplier of The Year and 2019's Golden Key Sasha Samsudean Innovation Award, He is also a 2019 FAA Lyceum Leadership Graduate. He is very active in his church and loves to help people reach their full potential.
