Mr. Renaud is a resourceful experienced leader in property management with a proven ability to maximize asset value in all market conditions and on all asset classes. He has extensive experience in financial management, coaching and staff development, identifying issues, the art of feedback, and conflict resolution. He teaches his respective teams that great leaders grow, builds a culture of Trust, and delivers on his promises.
Mr. Renaud is a results-oriented professional who leads with common sense, a high sense of urgency, and ownership mentality. For over 20 years he has been involved with the management/disposition of over 30,000 multifamily units including over $60M in renovation projects, and has managed real estate in 10 states; including shopping centers, condominium, retail, mixed-use and office buildings.
Mr. Renaud has been a court appointed receiver and also has extensive experience in portfolio management, acquisitions/dispositions, asset management, discounted cash flow analysis, loan structuring, financial accounting, capital markets debt and equity raise, risk management, and investor and public relations.
Mr. Renaud has the proven ability to develop and implement procedures that enhance efficiency and profitability, and teaches his respective teams how to build revenue, understand value, and maximize NOI. He possesses strong personal motivation, analytical abilities, and problem solving skills, as well as, excellent oral/written communication and negotiation skills.
