Professional Bio
Jamey Moran serves as the Metro Program Manager for Ripple Glass in Georgia. She has been dedicated to glass recycling since 2020 when she launched a curbside glass collection company in the East Cobb area of Marietta, GA. She knows first-hand how something as small as recycling a glass bottle can add up to make a big impact.
Now as a part of Ripple Glass, she builds partnerships to establish collection points and commercial customers and spreads the word about how easy it is to recycle glass. Collected glass is transported to Ripple’s parent company, Strategic Materials located in College Park, where it is processed for reuse into new bottles, jars, and fiberglass insulation.
Jamey is a firm believer that every person and every business can take steps toward a sustainable future and that every little bit helps.
Outside of Ripple, she is a TRUE Advisor and is proud to serve as the Board Chair for the local non-profit, My Green Earth.
Fun fact, Jamey’s first home was on a state park. With a father as a state park officer, her childhood was spent outside with nature as her playground.
