Doug Linneman

Doug Linneman has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the real estate and construction industries. As Vice President of KENCO, he is responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day operations, overseeing capital improvement projects and actively participating in the acquisition process. As an owner himself, Mr. Linneman has been actively involved with property acquisitions, rehabs, new construction and management.

Prior to joining KENCO, Mr. Linneman was Vice President at Franklin Street Management Services where he led its multifamily and commercial business development efforts after supervising the Atlanta office’s property management operation while it experienced revenue growth of 370%. Mr. Linneman has served as President of MacRae Development and Vice President of The Paces Foundation, an affordable housing developer.

Mr. Linneman holds professional affiliations with the Atlanta Apartment Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He earned his Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from the University of Delaware. He is an Eagle Scout.
