My name is Cekecia Oluwatayo, and I have been working in property management, specifically in the multi-family sector, since 2007. Over the course of my career, I have gained experience in multi-family, single-family properties and worked at a private real estate firm for 2 years. In addition to my work in property management, I am also an independent auto dealer and a proud mother of four.
One of my greatest passions is travel, and I always keep my passport ready for new adventures. I am fortunate to have a close-knit professional circle, with my colleague and best friend, Franchesca Torres, being a significant part of it. Additionally, I am grateful to have Xavier Strong as my mentor, whose guidance and support have been instrumental in my career growth.
Since April 2022, I have been a part of the S2 Residential family, working at The Breck (formerly known as Woodland Ridge). Before S2 Residential took over, I had been an assistant at Woodland Ridge for over 5 and a half years. The field of property management is truly my passion, and I find immense fulfillment in my role at S2 Residential, which boasts a company culture that feels like a supportive and cohesive family.
