Andrea Simoes

Andrea is an apartment industry veteran with over 15 years in the industry. She has worked with a variety of asset types, from garden-style to high-rise, and she currently oversees GID's Atlanta portfolio. Andrea's educational background is in business, and she holds a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Management Science from the The University of Texas at Dallas. A CAPS and CAM credential holder, Andrea is currently pursuing her CPM through IREM.
