As Area Vice President for Ram Partners, Amy Tucker oversees and directs communities in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia and Tennessee. With over 20 years of management experience in multifamily Amy has developed a series of practices that best delivers high-quality results by aligning corporate apartment management practices with underlying business goals, producing substantial improvement in the management of multiple-site operations in various geographic areas for recognized real estate companies. With an extensive background in effective leveraging of staff and corporate resources, Amy’s management services have been instrumental in providing multiple start-up companies with a spectrum of high caliber operations, systems, and programs. Amy has a proven record in collaborating with senior management to develop a range of policies and procedures; executed targeted strategic plans to maximize financial performance of each property by ensuring all aspects of each property including staffing, operations, budget management, and ongoing capital projects aligned with goals. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource from Brenau University and Master of Science degree in Business Management from FIT. She also holds the certifications of Accredited Residential Manager, Human Resource Management, & Registered Apartment Management.
